Study Plans are construction drawing previews offering basic information about our pre-designed homes. Presently, we offer over 30 standard plans in a wide variety of sizes and styles to choose from. Each home is displayed individually and offers important information including:

FIRST and SECOND FLOOR PLAN VIEWS (with room sizes and furniture arrangements)
EXTERIOR VIEWS OF THE HOME (one or two exterior elevations)
RELEVANT HISTORICAL NOTES and PERTINENT FACTS
